Region

Sourced from a mix of family owned and grower vineyards throughout central and southern Barossa including long term growers like the Semmler family. Our family owned vineyards are predominantly bush vine grown, including some of the oldest vines in the Barossa.

Tasting Note

A fruit dominated wine displaying lifted blueberry and confectionery sherbet aromas and generous red berry and plum flavours. Subtle oak rounds out the finish.

Maturation

Matured in 2,500 litre oak for slow and gentle aging over 8 months.

Cellaring

Drink now - 5 years.

Food Pairing

Pair with tea smoked duck breast on a bed of rice served with stir fried bok choy and water spinach.
