Tasting Note

A fresh, vibrant wine to be shared with friends. Ripe pear and peach aromas are complimented by juicy, ripe pear flavours and a creamy mouthfeel, perfectly balanced with crisp acidity.

Maturation

Bottled early to retain the varietal freshness. A portion of this wine was stored in old French barriques for 8 weeks providing complexity and mouthfeel.

Cellaring

Drink now - 3 years.

Food Pairing

Pair with roasted chicken, truffle butter and bitter green salad or BBQ king prawns with dill and lemon butter.
