2019 Corryton Burge The Brigadier Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon
Story
Grant Burge is a passionate amateur war historian, with interest spurred by his forebears who fought in two World Wars. This wine honours not just this history and passion, but also Grant’s own historic winemaking career. Trent and Amelia have created The Brigadier Cabernet Sauvignon for their father Grant, who led the industry in determining the ideal Barossan microclimate for this variety.
Style
True cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon; ripe dark fruits and fine tannins.

Cellaring
Drinking best 10-15 years.

Pair with roasted leg of lamb wrapped in rosemary with twice cooked potatoes and an ancient grain salad.
